First run

  1. 1.Open the DMG and drag FramePaste to Applications.
  2. 2.Launch it. It lives in the menu bar, there is no Dock icon.
  3. 3.Grant Screen Recording permission when macOS asks. Reopen the app if it prompts you to.
  4. 4.Try it: double-tap ⌥, hold ⌘, press ⌥, then Cmd+V into your AI.
  5. 5.Bought a key? Menu bar → Enter License Key, paste, done.

Why this permission? macOS asks for it before any app can capture the screen. FramePaste uses it only while a session you started is running, and frames never leave your Mac until you paste them.
